Ceres Police have arrested Justin John Lee Bello, 36, of Ceres, on a no-bail felony warrant issued by the department.
Officer Jon Blount located Bello at his residence in the 2700 block of Magnolia Street where he was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on Saturday.
