David Murphy of Ceres was arrested Thursday evening on a felony warrant after a Ceres Police officer spotted him at approximately 9:22 p.m.

Officer Eric Souza was on patrol in the area of had a felony warrant out for his arrest. Murphy booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
