Ceres Police Officer Eric Souza was patrolling the area of Service and Moffett roads at 4:21 p.m. on Saturday when he observed a man riding a bicycle who he knew had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest. He promptly arrested Adrian Montes, 42, of Ceres and booked him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
