Ceres man arrested for brandishing knife at school

A 36-year-old Ceres man was arrested Monday afternoon for allegedly brandishing a firearm at Virginia Parks Elementary School at 1021 Moffet Road.

Police received the report at 1:56 p.m. and gathered information on the suspect and his whereabouts. Officers drove to the residence of Harprit Singh and arrested him for brandishing a firearm.
