A 34-year-old Ceres woman will be in court to face charges of driving her car while intoxicated following her arrest on Saturday.

Yolanda Gurle was pulled over at 10:10 p.m., by Sgt. Aaron Pinon on El Camino Avenue and Fifth Street after someone reported the driver of a Ford sedan was swerving all over the road in the area of Whitmore and Central avenues.

Sgt. Pinon immediately believed her to be under the influence of alcohol.

Officer Isaac Carter conducted a DUI investigation which determined that Gurle was intoxicated. Gurle was arrested and provided a breath sample showing that she was over the double the legal limit to drive. Gurle was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on a DUI charge.
