Reports of a suspected drunken driver led to the arrest of a 32-year-old Modesto driver on Sunday evening.

At approximately 9:14 p.m., Ceres Police Officer Angel Murillo was dispatched to the area of Mitchell Road near Hatch Road to look for a suspected intoxicated driver driving a green-colored Dodge Ram. The pickup was located in the parking lot of the Valley Mart liquor store at 1460 Mitchell Road and driving was Yonatan Delrazo, 32, of Modesto.

The officers contacted Delrazo and immediately suspected that he was under the influence of alcohol which prompted a DUI investigation. Delrazo participated in field sobriety tests which indicated that he was under the influence and was arrested for DUI.

Before Delrazo was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center, he provided a breath sample that showed he was over four times the legal limit of alcohol content for an adult to drive.
