Shannon Clinton, 28, of Modesto, was arrested for a parole violation on Halloween evening and was found driving around in a car that contained drug paraphernalia.

During the 5:31 p.m. traffic stop made by Officer Miguel Villabosos in the area of Herndon Road and Central Avenue. Clinton was stopped and found to be on parole for a prior home invasion conviction. Her male passenger who was also on probation was not arrested.
