Drug arrest made at Lavon Lane home

Police arrested Joel William Ingwerson, 35, of Modesto, for drug possession in the 2400 block of Lavon Lane on Tuesday, Dec. 19.

Ingwerson was at the home at 10:25 a.m. and residents found him in possession of a narcotics kit containing heroin and hypodermic needles. He was arrested and booked for possession of Narcotics.
