Police arrested a 23-year-old man after he violated a restraining order to stay at least 100 yards from his parents’ home in the 2100 block of Park East Drive.

At 4 p.m. on Monday, Officer Jeremy Caron was dispatched to the home where Kristian Ayala, 23, arrived and caused a disturbance. When Officer Caron arrived, he found Ayala intoxicated inside the home. He was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of violating a domestic violence restraining order.
