A Friday afternoon report of a man living in a car and doing drugs led to the man’s arrest for an outstanding arrest warrant.
At 6:38 p.m., Ceres Police Officer Eric Souza was summoned to the area of Buenaventura Drive and Hackett Road to investigate the call. Officer Souza located a black-colored VW occupied by Randon Foreman, 29, of Modesto. During a routine records check, the officer learned that Foreman was wanted a felony warrant for burglary and theft charges. Foreman was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
