A man with a history of drug arrests in Ceres was back in jail on Wednesday evening, Nov. 24 when he was arrested for yet another outstanding arrest warrant.

At 11:38 p.m., Officer Eric Souza spotted Keith Alicea, 36, near Mitchell Road and Dale Court. Officer Souza knew about the outstanding warrant and made the arrest. During a search, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found on Alicea. He was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center where he faces drug charges.

Alicia, a registered sex offender, was arrested in March on a drug warrant and in July 2020 when his girlfriend’s parents ordered him to leave their property.
