Adam Rose, 34, of Riverbank, was arrested on Sept. 9 after he was pulled over and admitted having two handguns on his body without a concealed weapon permit.
A patrol officer pulled over Rose's Jeep Cherokee at 10:40 p.m. at Moffet and Service roads. The handicapped man was cooperative and officers seized two handguns and several concealed knives. Rose, who was also wearing body armor, told police that a "bad man" was after him thus he needed the protection.
Rose was booked on counts of possession of a concealed weapon.
