A 59-year-old Modesto man who was arrested at the McDonald’s at Mitchell and Hatch roads had 49 arrest warrants issued in his name.

Officer Kevin Roseen was asked to come to the restaurant at 10:43 p.m. Sunday evening to check on a man who was there.

He learned that David Harvey had the whopping number of outstanding warrants for his arrest.

He was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
