During a Monday morning call for an officer at Voyager’s Cove Mobile Home Park on Hatch Road, a Modesto man was arrested on a felony warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Officer Eric Souza responded to the 10:04 a.m. call and quickly found Jose Collazo Ochoa, 29, of Modesto. A records check through dispatchers confirmed the warrant and Ochoa was taken to jail.
