A 24-year-old Ceres woman was jailed on a felony warrant during a traffic stop early Wednesday morning, Oct. 11.

At 12:33 a.m., Ceres Police Officer Matthew Myers was patrolling the area of Morgan Road and Rockefeller Drive when he stopped a silver-colored BMW 128i for vehicle code violations. A routine records check revealed that Jennifer Alvarado had a felony warrant for her arrest for theft related charges.

Alvarado was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
