A 49-year-old Stockton man was arrested by a Ceres Police officer after the suspect was trailed in a stolen vehicle from Keyes into Turlock Sunday morning.

At 11:09 a.m., Ceres Police Officer Jordan Justice was southbound Highway 99 and approaching Keyes Road when he began following a gold-colored Ford F-250 which was reported stolen. Officer Justice followed the driver until backup officers could arrive but driver Enrique Rodriguez pulled to the shoulder of the road in the 5000 block of Golden State Blvd. A high-risk traffic stop was made on Rodriguez, who also had two felony arrest warrants for his arrest and was on probation.

Rodriguez was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for vehicle theft, probation violation and the felony warrants.
