A Ceres officer arrested two bicyclists on Thursday evening during beefed-up patrol to crackdown on thefts occurring in the industrial area Rockefeller, Fairview and Hil-Mor drives.

Kevin Horner, 39, of Modesto, and Brenda Glover, 40, of Modesto, were riding bicycles without lights when Officer Jon Vera spotted them at 9:15 p.m. Horner was in possession of methamphetamine and Glover had a $50,000 arrest warrants issued by Tulare County.
