Stoney Fisher of Turlock learned that it’s never a good thing to have a warrant for your arrest when pulled over for a vehicle code violation. It was his ticket to jail on Wednesday, July 12.

At 11:28 p.m., Officer Juan “Manny” Ramos was on patrol in the area of Mitchell Road and Alphonse Drive when he stopped Fisher in a grey-colored Honda Civic. Dispatchers ascertained that Fisher was wanted for theft and conspiracy to commit a crime. Fisher was then arrested for the warrant and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
