Sheila Sanders, 61, of Modesto, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine after an officer checked out why she had been sitting in her car for over an hour in the McDonald's parking lot at Hatch Road and Herndon Avenue.

Police were called at 5:04 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21 about a suspicious woman. Officer Matt Berlier approached Sanders and learned that she was in possession of methamphetamine. She was arrested and jailed.
