Giselle Fontes Ayala, a student at Ceres High School, was honored last week by the Soroptimist International of Ceres as its “Soroptimist Girl of the Month.”
“Giselle exemplifies the qualities we cherish in our students and she is truly deserving of this recognition,” said club spokesperson Janelle De Greek. “Giselle is a remarkable young lady who has consistently demonstrated exceptional service and kindness. Her compassion and dedication are evident in every aspect of her life. Whether interacting with her peers or staff, Giselle’s warm and genuine nature shines through, earning her the admiration and respect of everyone around her.”
As the Associated Student Body President, Ayala has showcased outstanding leadership qualities and commitment. Her ability to balance the responsibilities of this role with her academic pursuits is a testament to her ambition and work ethic.
Throughout her high school years, Giselle has held an officer position, illustrating her steadfastness in serving her school community.
She also dedicates long hours of volunteer work at her church to serve those in need.
