A graveside service was held at Lakewood Memorial Park for Bobby J. Speakes, 67, of Modesto/Ceres. He died Oct. 11, 2009.
Lakewood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Born July 5, 1942 Mr. Speakes lived in Waterford for many years before moving to the Ceres-Modesto area.
He leaves behind four sisters, Betty, Patsy, Shirley and Myra; and his brother, Edward.
