Eaton Family Funeral & Cremation Service, Modesto, was in charge of private services for Jack Campbell, 82, of Ceres. He died Sunday, Jan. 15, 2006 at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson.
Born April 24, 1923, Mr. Campbell was a native of Arkansas and lived in Ceres for 13 years. He previously lived in Waterford for 20 years. Mr. Campbell was a commercial painter for 50 years. He enjoyed travel, fishing and woodwork.
He leaves behind two sons, Jack Campbell of Waterford and Mike Campbell of Sonora; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jewell Appleton.
