A private memorial is being planned for Joan B. Williams, 74, of Turlock. She died Nov. 23, 2009.

The Neptune Society is in charge of arrangements.

Born Dec. 8, 1934, Joan was a phone operator for the Ceres Walmart store.

She leaves behind her son, Matthew Williams.
