Joanne Michael

December 5, 1944- August 17, 2024

A memorial service celebrating the life of Joanne Michael is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Hope Tree Church, 2724 Second Street in Ceres.

Joanne passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side, on August 17, 2024 in Ceres, at the age of 79.

Joanne was born on December 5, 1944 in Richmond, California and has been a resident of Ceres all of her life. She had worked as a beautician for over 30 years, most of those with Ceres Beauty Salon.

Joanne leaves behind her three daughters, Leslie Jackson (Dwayne), Jennifer Barr (Dan) and Julie Michael; six grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Helen Wyatt, her husband of 45 years, Jimmy Dale Michael, her siblings, Juanita Cummings and Jim Wyatt and a nephew, Darin Wyatt.
