Michelle Ann Tracy
December 14, 1963 - September 11, 2022
Born and raised in Stanislaus County, Michelle was known as crafty and able to find humor in any situation. She loved her music loud and was always ready to tell a joke or unbelievable tale about her “dumb luck.” Michelle never missed an opportunity to decorate the house for any and all holidays, bringing joy to the neighborhood with her creative decorations. She worked for over 20 years for Sutter Health clinics in both Modesto and Ceres, building relationships with patients and their families over the years.
Michelle is survived by her two daughters, Casey Headrick and Erin Santos; three brothers, Steve, Jack, and Rodney Cochran; two sisters, Mary Boling and Charlotte Foster; and two grandchildren. Michelle is preceded in death by her mother, Inez Journey, father Rex Tracy, and sister Lona Thompson.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29 at Burwood Cemetery, 28320 River Road in Escalon. A reception will follow at the Escalon Sportsman Hall, 25195 E. River Road, Escalon. Family and friends could always rely on Michelle for a great story and we invite all who knew her to join us in sharing a story of their own about how she brought joy to many.
Michelle will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
