Ronald Lynn Gee, 67, of Tuolumne City, passed away on May 22, 2023.

He was born in Turlock on January 2, 1956 to Zella and Leonard Gee. Ronald was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Kerrie Gee; and their children, Ronald and Hannah Gee, Raymond and Chelsea Gee, Richard Gee, Ryan Gee, and Rebecca Gee. He was also survived by his 13 grandchildren and his siblings, Norma White, Beverly Bohannan, Doris Blanchard, Daryll Gee, and David Gee.

Ronald was preceded in death by his mother, father, sister and brother Olen Gee, and Barbra Baker.

Ronald attended Ceres High School and after graduation, he pursued a career in farming, truck driving and construction. Eventually he retired in 2016 as the District Shop Supervisor of South San Joaquin Irrigation District in Manteca. After retirement, Ronald and his wife pursued his dreams and moved to the mountains where they became camp hosts at Lyons Dam in Mi-Wuk Village. He was also a Boy Scout Leader for Pack #132 in Ceres for many years and volunteered for Relay for Life and was involved in various sports and activities over the years for his children in Ceres.

Ronald had many hobbies, including traveling, camping, and woodworking.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 16 at 10 a.m. at Ceres Memorial Park,1301 E. Whitmore Avenue, Ceres. A celebration of life will be held at Smyrna Park, 2650 Fowler Rd. Ceres, immediately following funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, a charitable donation in Ronald’s name can be made to Adventist Health Hospice of Sonora, 20100 Cedar Rd North, Sonora CA 95370.

Ronald’s passing has left a permanent void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the community, and he will always be remembered for his kindness, his warm smile, and his unwavering spirit.
