Susan Conley Modlin

September 19, 1960 - February 23, 2017

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Susan Conley Modlin, 56, of Ceres, lost her battle with breast cancer on February 23, 2017.

She was surrounded by family and friends at the time of her passing.

Susan is survived by her husband Gary; two sons, Joshua and Kevin; her daughter-in-law Brooklyn; and two grandchildren, Autumn and Lukas. She will forever be in our hearts and missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 19 at the Tuolumne River Lodge, 2429 River Road.
