Editor, Ceres Courier,
Well, they’re making their move. California is not required – actually it’s not allowed – to require ID from a person as proof they are an American citizen and allowed to vote. Well Governor Nesomlini, there’s been a large, and up to this point silent group of Americans (mostly Californians, but there’s a buzz moving through the country) that planned for this:
An illegal vote counts the same as a legal vote. If a person doesn’t need an ID to vote, what’s to stop legal voters from voting at one polling station then going to another then another and another? Illegal votes will cancel out illegal votes!
(This is an open letter to all Americans from me a private citizen. The Ceres Courier in no way supports any illegal activities. By printing this ”letter to the editor” the Ceres Courier is using it’s freedom of the press. It’s covered by the First Amendment. If you don’t like that it’s printed, throw this copy in the fire and never buy another copy. That is a right you have. Again, thank the First Amendment! It works for everybody.)
R. Matthews,
Ceres
